Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible, items must be:

Unworn and unwashed
Free from damage, stains, odors, or excessive wear
Returned with original tags attached
In the original packaging whenever possible

Items that do not meet these requirements may not be accepted.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for a different size or eligible product, subject to availability. If the requested item is unavailable, we can issue a refund once your return is received and inspected.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at [your customer service email]. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review the request and provide a replacement or refund when appropriate.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Torrent Apparel is not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Final Sale Items

Sale items, clearance products, gift cards, and items marked “final sale” are not eligible for return or refund.
